Apex Hair products are cosmetic products for topical use. They are not medical devices and do not treat, cure, regrow, or reverse hair loss. Effect is temporary and washes out with shampoo. Prices in USD.

3. Orders

Order confirmed when you receive Order Confirmation email. We may reject orders for inventory, fraud, shipping restrictions, or pricing errors. Refund within 5-7 business days if we cancel.

4. Shipping & Delivery

See Shipping Policy. Standard international 7-15 business days. Not responsible for carrier/customs/natural-disaster delays.

5. Returns & Refunds

60-day money-back guarantee (per Refund Policy).

7. User Content

Non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license for submitted reviews/photos. You retain ownership.

No illegal use, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, abuse, misrepresentation, unauthorized resale.

"As is" without warranties except as required by consumer protection law. Cosmetic product. Individual results may vary.

10. Limitation of Liability

Capped at 12 months of fees paid. No indirect/consequential damages. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

State of Florida. Disputes in Orange County, FL state/federal courts. Local consumer rights (EU/UK/Brazil) cannot be waived.
