3. Order Processing
Before 4:00 PM EST Mon-Fri = same business day. Otherwise next business day. Up to 2 business days during high demand.

Check neighbors → wait 48h → contact help@apexhairmen.com. Free Replacement Guarantee for confirmed lost-in-transit.
8. Damaged Packages
Photos before opening → contact within 7 days → replacement or refund.
9. Wrong Address
Pre-ship: contact immediately. Post-ship: contact carrier. Return-to-sender: refund minus return shipping fee.
