Does Apex Hair work on women?

Does Apex Hair stain my pillow?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed by Shopify Payments (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant) — your card data never touches our servers.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Every transaction is encrypted end-to-end with SSL/TLS. We are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant via Shopify Payments. We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our systems.

Why was my card declined?

Most common reasons: (1) Insufficient funds, (2) Bank flagged it as international purchase — call your bank and authorize, (3) AVS mismatch — check that billing address matches your card statement, (4) Card expired. Reply to your order confirmation email and we will manually retry the charge.

When will I be charged?

Your card is authorized at checkout but only charged when your order ships. If we cannot fulfill the order for any reason, the authorization is reversed within 5-10 business days.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Email help@apexhairmen.com with your order number and we will send a formatted PDF invoice with EIN (61-2278202) and full LLC details for accounting.

Do you offer installments?

For US customers: Shop Pay Installments (4 interest-free payments). Other countries: PayPal Pay in 4 (where available). Selection happens automatically at checkout based on country.

What currency are prices shown in?

USD by default. Local currency conversion is automatic based on your IP / billing country — exchange rate locked at checkout. International cards may charge an FX fee from your bank (we do not see this).

I was charged but did not receive a confirmation email — what now?

Check spam folder first. Then email help@apexhairmen.com with the last 4 digits of the card and the charge amount. We will locate your order within 24h and resend the confirmation.
