We're not here to cure baldness. We're here to give you back ten seconds in front of the mirror.
1. We are cosmetic, not medical.
Apex Hair will not regrow your hair. It will not reverse hair loss. It will not replace a dermatologist. It creates visible density on existing hair for as long as you want — and washes out with shampoo when you don't.
If we ever cross into medical claims, you have permission to call us out publicly. We mean that.
2. The mirror is the only review that matters.
Not 25,302 anonymous five-star ratings. Not "dermatologist-approved" without a dermatologist's name. Not before/afters under different lighting.
The only review that matters is the one you give yourself in the bathroom mirror on day 1, day 7, and day 30 of use.
3. Honesty over hype.
If a product claim isn't true under daylight, sweat, and a full day of wear — we don't make the claim. If a number doesn't have a source we can cite, we don't print the number.
Some of our competitors will tell you anything. We won't.
4. 60 days. No questions. Empty bottle ok.
If it's not for you, send it back. We refund. We don't ask why. We don't make you fill a form. We don't penalize you for using the product before deciding.
The risk of testing Apex Hair is zero. The risk of buying a hair transplant is $25,000. We picked which side of that equation to live on.
5. The man who decides to be seen again.

6. Founder accountability.
Daniel Moreira built this for himself first. He still uses it every day. Every email that says "from Daniel" is actually from Daniel — read by him, replied to by him.
If we ever stop reading customer email, we've already failed.
7. Built for real.
