- Use natural daylight. Compare with the hair around your hairline or crown, rather than your scalp or a shadow.
- Match your current hair colour. If you colour your hair, compare with its current dry shade.
- Check the product options. Choose the closest available shade on the product page. Shade images are a guide; screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear.
Product shade names
The current product range uses these names: Black, Light Blonde, Medium Blonde, Dark Blonde, Light Brown, Medium Brown, Dark Brown, White, Gray and Auburn. Availability is shown on the product page.
There is no separate Salt & Pepper option in this range. For mixed-colour hair, compare the available shades with the surrounding hair in daylight. We do not guarantee an exact shade match from a screen image or photograph.
Choosing more than one compact?
Select a shade for each compact in your kit before adding it to the cart. You can choose the same shade for each unit or different available shades. Review your selection in the cart before paying.

Returns and support
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to eligibility. Contact us before sending anything back. Approval is not automatic. Read the Returns & refunds policy for conditions and instructions.
The current policy does not promise a free shade swap, keeping the original product, free return shipping or automatic acceptance of opened or used products. Earlier orders remain subject to the terms offered when they were placed.
