This policy applies to orders placed after this policy was published. Earlier orders remain subject to the return and refund terms offered when the order was placed.

14-day return request window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Use our Contact page before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for your request.

Review and return instructions

We review each request for eligibility and provide instructions for any approved return. Do not send a product back before receiving those instructions. Approval is not automatic. This policy does not promise free return shipping or acceptance of an opened or used product.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Faulty or misdescribed products

This voluntary policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed products.
